The 25th Annual Minority Legislative Breakfast (MLB), held on Monday, December 15, 2025,  marked a major milestone in our region’s advocacy efforts. The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Montgomery County (HCCMC), the African American Chamber of Commerce of Montgomery County, and the Asian American Political Alliance proudly came together to host this landmark event.

As HCCMC’s largest annual advocacy event, the 25th Annual MLB provided a vital space to discuss legislative issues impacting the minority business community in Montgomery County, Maryland. Business leaders, policymakers, and community stakeholders aligned on a shared legislative agenda that reflects the priorities and challenges facing minority-owned businesses.

Following the Breakfast, HCCMC continued advancing these priorities through a series of online and in-person events throughout the year, strengthening relationships with elected officials and expanding our collective advocacy efforts.
